The client sent over a Word doc and an Excel sheet with 10 common phrases that often lead to conflict in relationships, along with some healthier ways to say them. She also shared a few Instagram posts and a simple brand palette to give me an idea of her style. The content was solid and meaningful, but it needed a clearer structure and stronger visuals to really connect with her audience and feel like a polished lead magnet.
I started by going through everything she shared to understand the message she wanted to communicate. From there, I created a clear structure that made the content easy to follow without feeling too text-heavy. I designed everything in Canva, keeping the look soft and approachable to match her brand. I added visual elements like icons and light color accents to make the pages feel more engaging. The goal was to turn her content into something clear, helpful, and easy for her audience to actually use.
Before, the content existed only as plain text with no visual structure or design. After, it became a fully designed, client-ready lead magnet that was not only visually aligned with Elena’s brand but also practical and conversion-focused. The final checklist was easy to read, mobile-friendly, and provided a smooth entry point into her coaching funnel.
